Growing a Healthy Church Advanced 2 - Multiplication
As your vision is clarified and you're working toward a healthy, disciplemaking balance, become a leader who multiplies yourself into others for even greater impact. Join us for this 3 1/2 day training experience where you will:
- Study a New Testament definition of spiritual leadership - including the priorities of shepherding, serving, teaching, training, protecting, praying, leading and loving.
- Make a plan for training, coaching and mentoring emerging leaders and workers in your ministry. You'll learn pricinples for developing the leaders around you and take home tools for coaching and mentoring that will help you put into practice the strategy you develop during the week.
- Develop a description of a discipled person for your ministry. What are the non-negotiable qualities that should characterize people in your ministry? By defining what a disciple in your ministry should look like, you'll begin to more purposefully focus your ministry priorities and programs to truly make disciples.
- Define next steps for implementing your plans for multiplying leaders and developing fully-trained disciples.
